Description:
Position and size dialog shows measurement in inches

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw (with locale with CM as defeault)
2. Draw a rectangle
3. Right Click the Shape -> Position and size (F4 doesn't appear to work anymore)
4. Position and size tab

Actual Results:
Measurement in inches

Expected Results:
Measurement in CM


Reproducible: Always
