Description:
AFAIK, there are no actually OCR solutions in LibreOffice, and it would be so useful in a bunch of situations.
Please, add it.
Mainly this affects Writer, but also Impress and Draw.

Steps to Reproduce:
It can't be reproduced yet ^^

Actual Results:
I can't use an image as starting point for a document

Expected Results:
To instead do it

Isn't it enough to use a GUI for Tesseract and copy and paste the text? https://tesseract-ocr.github.io/tessdoc/User-Projects-%E2%80%93-3rdParty.html

(LibreOCR extension mentioned there is probably not worth checking as it's not maintained)
