hi,

just an idea: it would be great if we could set the zoom level "universally", for all open document windows...

Just like we set the zoo level for one window, we could set that level for all other windows too by -- for example -- pressing the CRTL key as we're setting it...

It is a very basic everyday scenario that we want to compare documents, and having the same zoom level is absolutely crucial...

By the addition of this one little functionality, we could work / create way more effectively, skipping the stupid zoom factor checking and setting (for several documents)...

Reasonable. Imagine per module would be better that truly global.

Complicates the UI for no good reason ("would be nice" is not a proper use case). The zoom level depends on the scenario/layout and there are not many cases where a zooming all open documents (whether all or each per module) is needed. We remember the last zoom level for new documents and store it per document. That's perfectly okay. => WF
