CairoSDPR: Make using SDPR dependent of ExperimentalMode

the right and bottom edges of Calc's active cell indicator are thicker with gtk3 and qt-based UIs. All of the edges also have a blurriness about them, including the filling handle at bottom right. Gen UI is fine.

Interesting, looks like it was fixed in the past 4 days. I was using an old build.
