Description:
indexes in sub-documents being incorporated into a master works fine, but when exporting the master to pdf, the hyperlinks of the indexes in sub-documents get lost.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create odt with an index
2. create an odm master indcluding doc above; the index is well seen and functional
3. export master to pdf. (btw: a local master index gets properly exported)

Actual Results:
index contains no links

Expected Results:
all indexes should be properly linked
