I can't confirm with

Version: 25.2.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 8a6919f39b4b871904a2a4199755ca619aa707e2
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10 X86_64 (10.0 build 19045); UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB
Calc: CL threaded

My steps:
1. Create a table with 4 columns
2. Select table -> able -> Size -> Distribute Columns Evenly
3. Open table properties dialog
4. Change alignment to Left and change table width (in my case from 17 cm to 15 cm)

Actual and expected result
Width of every column changes to 23,75 cm

yoylasfpgar, Could you please specify your steps?

In the image I upload, you could see a table with a Distributed Coulmns Evenly centered in the page. Then I move the left margin the distribution change not evenly. Then the property is lost when the margin is modified

I can reproduce what you describe, but I'm not sure that's a bug. I suppose the Distribute Columns Evenly is not a property, but one time command. I don't see such property in table's properties and according the help you can select just two columns and run the command.

Tested LO 4.1, 7.3.7, 25.2, it's the same in all versions.
