Description:
Create a new Calc File
Add a circle
Set a shadow
Add blur

Steps to Reproduce:
Create a new Calc File
Add a circle
Set a shadow
Add blur

Actual Results:
No Blur

Expected Results:
Blur


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Workaround, set the blur with style

When you click out of the circle
and then re-select the circle the blur change in the panel to 0pt

AFAICT, on Windows it started with 7.1.0.1.
