Description:
Calc and only Calc is very slow to scroll left or right; is good up and down.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open LO Calc, scroll right or left
2.
3.

Actual Results:
It does function but at about 18th the normal speed

Expected Results:
expect the same response as in version 7.x


Reproducible: Always

Please test in safe mode, Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode

Please attach a sample file, reduce the size as much as possible without private information, and paste the information in Menu/Help/About LibreOffice, there is a copy icon.
