Description Eyal Rozenberg 2024-10-04 09:34:53 UTC
At the moment, and to my knowledge:

* The formatting of text in Charts does not follow an existing named Character Style (to my knowledge)
* The formatting of text in Charts does not follow the Character features of the Default Cell Style nor of the Default Drawing Object Style.
* Character Styles are not accessible from the Styles sidebar within a Chart object
* One cannot apply a Character Style to an element of a Chart

That's bad and should be changed. We can't just rely on some app defaults and DF to style the text in our charts.

Specifically, we need default Character styles (or Character features in a "thicker" style) for different chart elements, and we need them to relate to some parent/baseline all-Chart text style, perhaps constitutiting part of a "Chart Style" a-la-bug 62925.
