PRECONDITION:
insert any Chart and select it for Edit
select the Chart itself

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
any of the 4 cursor keys enlarges the chart and does not move the chart within the chart area

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
chart can be moved within the chart area by cursor keys

Columns, bar, area, line, XY, bubble, stock, and column and line charts:
To test with the arrow keys, reduce the size of the chart/chart wall. If not, only the right arrow key will work at sometimes.

Pie:
After selecting the chart, at the second stroke on the right arrow key, the chart moves to the left margin position.

Net:
After selecting the chart, the first stroke on the right arrow key resize the chart; at the second stroke on the right arrow key, the chart moves to the left margin position.
