Description: I upgraded from 24.2 to 24.8, and now the recent documents list is filtered to match the current application: Writer only shows text documents, Calc only shows spreadsheets, Impress only shows presentations etc. Now the easiest way of opening a recently used presentation from Calc, for example, is to create a new empty presentation, and in Impress check the recent documents menu (the loaded presentation will replace the empty one). Quite convoluted. I work with all types of documents at the same time, so this really hurts my workflow. I don't want to search for them in the file manager. Suggested fix: keep the recent documents filtering as-is, but add a submenu for documents of other types. Actual Results: Please fill out this field. Expected Results: Please fill out this field.
