Example file from Excel 2016

Attached example file has the Subtotal option "Page break between groups" enabled. Excel shows this in the Subtotal dialog, but Calc does not.

1. Open attached file
2. On the "Below" sheet select the Data - Subtotals menu item
3. Go to the Options tab
-> The "Page break between groups" box is not enabled. Pressing OK in the dialog would result losing the page breaks inserted by Excel.
