Example file from Excel 2016

In the attached file in the Subtotal dialog I have set the "Add subtotal to" setting to "Value 1" and "Value 2" columns and the "Use function" setting to "Max"
When opened in Calc, these are not recognized by the Subtotals dialog.

1. Open attached file
2. On the "Below" sheet select the Data - Subtotals menu item
-> On the "1st group" tab the "Calculate subtotals for" does not have "Value 1" and "Value 2" checked, and in the "Use function" does not have "Max" highlighted when I select "Value 1" and "Value 2" in the "Calculate subtotals for" box.

Pressing OK in this setup results in losing the use of Subtotal feature on this sheet.
