Description: The new drop-down list in the Properties window causes additional unnecessary clicks. If you always specify only one value for a document (e.g., source), now you have to click the drop-down box, click the correct value, click on the field value and type it in, even if you are working on successive versions of the same document. Is it possible that the drop-down list would remember the last selected item, and when you reopen the document and the Properties window, you would only be able to change its value? Another option is to be able to choose between a Properties window with a drop-down list, or to choose Properties with fields in the window (no drop-down), or to be able to customize the settings of the Properties window. I pay attention to this because it slows down my work. I work with documents where I usually specify fields: Title, Subject, Source, Comments, and adding a drop-down list has slowed down my work. Actual Results: You need three clicks with choose the drop-down value, instead of one. Expected Results: One click to move to the desired field.
