Description:
"More Option" of "Number Format" in the sidebar does not show the "Numbers tab".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Calc.
2. Show Side-bar and Push "Properties button".
3. Push "More Option Button" of "Number Format Panel". 

Actual Results:
4. The Format Cells dialog is displayed, but the tab that was displayed last time opens.

Expected Results:
4. The "Numbers tab" will open.

The "Number Format Panel" in the sidebar is obviously the contents of the "Numbers Tab", so the "Numbers Tab" should open when the "More Option Button" is pressed.
