Description: To improve traceability of some documents, I need / it can be useful to have fields that indicates, the revision number of the template which creates the document and so the save date of the template too. For example, if your have contracts templates, which can occasionally change, this can allow to easily mark templates changes between 2 documents. Steps to Reproduce: 1.click on [insert] > [Fields] > [other fields] 2. 3. You are aware that you can add user defined fields to the document description and show their information in the document? Create: File > Properties > tab `Custom Properties`. Show: Insert > Fields > More Fields > tab `DocInformation` > Custom Only you need to maintain it manually.

If I open the "Modern business letter" from the template manager, for example, the information under file > properties lists the revision number of 2. Still NEEDINFO
