Just in case: the same document, but with the images not dropped from the package, but instead replaced with monochrome rectangles of the same size - might that happen to be important (140.44 KB, application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document)

A document that hangs

Opening the attached document (images removed from the DOCX package, to make its size suitable) hangs Writer.

This seems to have begun at the below commit in bibisect repository/OS linux-64-24.8.
