Description:
I' using Libreoffice (Calc)In both Windows 11 and Unix Mate. Libreoffice
seems to be the same version 24.8.2. Same worksheet display correctly the function "selection list" with input help in Unix Version, and incorrectly in Windows (input help text is not displayed).

Please test in safe mode, Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode

In calc worksheet sample,s when cursor is located in column C help should show.
This happen in Mint but doesn't happen in windows,,, Same thing if I save the file in xlsx format.
