Push "More Option Button" of "Cell Appearance". Actual Results: 4. The Format Cells dialog is displayed, but the tab that was displayed last time opens. Expected Results: 4. The "Borders" tab will open. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: "Cell Appearance" contains the contents of the "Borders tab" and the "Background tab", but generally the toolbar icon is used to change the Background Color. Therefore, it is appropriate to open the "Borders tab" in "More Option". --- Reproducible with Version: 25.2.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: c06de26c4b83edad29a70a454dea20dcd0261a33 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10 X86_64 (10.0 build 19045); UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win Locale: en-US (ja_JP); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded
I can reproduce this. I am not sure if this is a bug yet so status isn't changed. Version: 24.8.3.2 (AARCH64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 48a6bac9e7e268aeb4c3483fcf825c94556d9f92 CPU threads: 8; OS: macOS 14.5; UI render: Skia/Metal; VCL: osx Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded
Of course, I don't think this is a bug. It is not important. However, “Character Panel” contains both “Font-tab” and “Font Effects-tab” contents, but “More Option” always opens “Font-tab”. This fact led me to believe that these needed to be consistent.
Indeed, the hamburger buttons of Character and Alignment sections open with the expected tab in focus. Number Format also opens with the last focused tab instead of Numbers.
