Description: I am not given a color print options to one of my printers. The LibreOffice writer crashes while trying to go through the printing options. I have deleted all printer content and re installed the printer as well as doing all trouble shoots with the success of color. I have installed LibreOffice updated. Re booted computer and printer. All still with the same outcome of crashing and no color option. Actual Results: open libreoffice writer File>Print Choose printer> HPF709E4 (HP OfficeJet Pro 7740series) Properties> (finding no color option, Print quality BEST) Apply Print. Note OfficeLibre has crashed. Send crash report. Restart LibreOffice in safe mode. Restart LibreOffice in normal mode. Recover Documents. Unable to reproduce the bug. I printed a Writer document that contains a colored text with a colored background. The "color" option in the "Properties" dialog is present and selectable. Printing in color works fine with my printer (HP Envy 4520 series). No crash or any other problems.
