What exactly is the vertical line? Do you suggest a splitter to resize the dialog?

What is it? It's the line I want to see in the dialog for logical splitting left side with its buttons from right side with its buttons

I see no need in this case. If you talk about a visual separation of left content from right, this black ruler without any function is not the right way. It breaks the OS/DE design and has no meaning. White-space should be sufficient.
