Description:
Format in comments is not preserved after reopening the document

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a blank .odt file
2. insert a comment and write some text into it
3. do some format changes (bold, red color, etc...)
4. save and close document
5. reopen document

Actual Results:
Format in comments is lost

Expected Results:
should not be lost


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
It occurred firstly in Test version of LO 24.8.3.1

Sorry for a duplicated posting, I had a feeling I had reported it before, but I don't know why the original one didn't show up on the My bugs page, when I was looking for it (maybe solved bugs are not showed?).
