Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. CTRL+SHIFT+ARROW DOWN
3. CTRL+X
4. Place the cursor after "Hello World" by mouse or keyboard
5. CTRL+V

Actual Results:
Title pasted, but not image

Expected Results:
Image should be pasted too


Reproducible: Always

This seems to have begun at the below commit in bibisect repository/OS linux-64-24.8.

Pressing the Formatting Marks icon on the toolbar shows the image, just like in bug 160302 and bug 159664. Plus comes from the same commit.
