Created attachment 197942 [details] Here's a file that exhibits the behavior OK the correct frequency is no Always, but it's been happening consistently with several files I've been working with. I also found one from the set that doesn't exhibit the behavior.

By chance I noticed this yesterday when testing a .ppt file. So it seems related to that format specifically. From my testing, looks like the feature was added in 4.1.
