Description: When using the auto-filter tool on a colored column, the tool grabs not only the empty in between the data but also the ones past it. It has for effect to also crop the spreadsheet when the {empty} cells are de-selected in the auto-filter. When there is no empty cell between the data in the column, then the auto-filter doesn't show {empty}, so the cells past the data are not affected. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enter data in a column and color the whole column 2. Click the auto-filtre option and remove the empty cells 3. Sort the colummn remove the empty cells between data 4. Use the auto-filter again and see that the empty cells are not affected by it anymore Actual Results: When there are empty cells in between populated cells, the empty cells past the data in a column are also affected by the auto-filter Expected Results: Either always grab the empty cells past the data in a column, or always keep them unafected by auto-filter Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: Version: 24.8.3.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 480(Build:2) CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 6.8; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: fr-FR (fr_FR.UTF-8); UI: en-US Ubuntu package version: 4:24.8.3~rc2-0ubuntu0.22.04.1~lo1 Calc: threaded

As a summary, before sorting Empty cells, autofilter is showing the option to check/uncheck Empty cells. After sorting the cells of non empty first, and the text is first, and the empty cells after the cell with text, the Empty checkbox is not there. But I am not sure it is a bug, or Calc is just ignoring a lot of cells without any content.
