I confirm trying to open up the ODS Attachment 198052 [details] instantly causes a crash in:

Version: 24.8.3.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 48a6bac9e7e268aeb4c3483fcf825c94556d9f92
CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 11 X86_64 (10.0 build 22631); UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win

And I agree with raal in Comment #2. The step-by-step instructions in Comment 0 weren't clear enough.

(Can you please explain WHICH exact menu options you are pressing?)

But there's definitely a CRASH issue with opening this ODS file, so I don't necessarily think it's that important knowing step-by-step exactly how it was produced.
