Description:
Shape area fill doesn't fill the comment box but the comment indicator in Draw/Impress

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Insert a comment
3. Menu -> Format -> Area -> Image tab -> Pick some image
4. Press OK

Actual Results:
Comment indicator gets a bitmap fill. In older versions like nothing happened at all

Expected Results:
The comment itself gets a fill. Compare Calc


Reproducible: Always
