File type drop-down list opened in Writer 24.8's File > Save As... dialog

When I open a dialog for opening, saving or loading a document (or object, or anything that's in a file), and I click the drop-down list of file formats, it opens with multiple empty/missing items at its top, then a few actual items at the bottom. As I scroll down, then up - the empty items go away. See screenshot for the initial state for Writer 24.8's File > Save As... dialog.

This is not a new bug, but - I just could find a dupe...

This isn't under our control (unless we had less entries in there) its just how these long menus work IIUC, see https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=129463
