Description:
偶然发现，这个公开的wps文件无法读取
https://www.haizhu.gov.cn/gzhzcg/attachment/7/7706/7706583/9937311.wps（谷歌搜索`9937311.wps`或者`wps文件 filetype:wps`看到的）。
当读取此文件时，cpu一直高占用进入了死循环。


Forgive my poor English,so write in Chinese!

Steps to Reproduce:
1.下载文件
2.在windows libreoffice上打开，或者在linux libreoffice中打开都能复现


Actual Results:
文件无法打开，cpu占用高，进程假死

Expected Results:
文件无法打开，cpu占用高，进程假死


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

修正错误，或者找到原因。

.wps file mentioned by the original reporter

I can confirm that WPS Office opens this file without any problem.  Not sure about its file format though, so don't know if this is a LibreOffice bug or not.

and the old WPS Office ppt file `.dps` had the same problem too.
