Use for example bug 164072 to make LibreOffice crash after a theme has been applied (in my example it is Office 2003 Blue over a dark system theme). The recovery dialog uses white font on the bright background.

Version: 25.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: b0d4b4664a295631ce4d8dee2ceb5cd94ae12edb
CPU threads: 8; OS: macOS 15.2; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: osx
Locale: de-DE (en_DE.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

The application itself is using white fonts after confirmation too.

If the steps were

1. Use a dark OS theme
2. Apply Office 2003 Blue to LibreOffice https://extensions.libreoffice.org/en/extensions/show/99300
3. Select "Restart later"
4. Crash LibreOffice

I don't repro.
