One aspect of the new approach to change the appearance is to lower the barrier and allow everyone to submit a "pink theme". You are welcome to contribute; please ask for help if you need some.

At 25.2 the old Mozilla styled fixed "Personalization" themes have been completely removed.

The newly implemented Appearance framework provides individual users and Extension devs ability to deliver full 'Light'/'Dark' color mode support to the UI. It also improves integration of os/DE provided 'System' theme support.

Development continues for the 25.8 release with patches of substantial issues against 25.2 worked up as needed.

Thanks for the comment.
I've tried to make such theme by myself already, but I failed. I've found no guidelines, no documentation. So some help would be appreciated.
