Description: The cell borders of the active cell do not appear below row 18577. This issue was mentioned here (https://www.reddit.com/r/libreoffice/comments/1ikp715/no_borders_around_active_cell_in_calc/) and after being able to reproduce the issue on my machine, I decided to open this bug report. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open an empty Calc Sheet. 2. Use the Navigator to go to the cell A18577. The cell border is visible. 3. Go down one cell. Now, the cell border around cell A18578 is half visible. 4. Go down one cell. Now, the cell border is invisible. 5. Same issue if you select a range of cell, the cells below row 18577 are not highlighted.
