Description: Good evening, this is something that has been happening to me for a long time and that is that when I deactivate the text boundaries of the page in Writer (Click in menu item View -> uncheck "Text Boundaries") if I open Draw the limits (lines) disappear there too. Also, from Draw itself there is no option to show them again and to do this I have to go to Writer to put them back (check View -> Text Boundaries). As an additional note I have tried the same thing in Apache OpenOffice 4.1.15 and this does not happen. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to menu item View. 2. Uncheck Text Boundaries. 3. They disappear from the Writer page (so far everything OK). 4. Open Draw and there is not boundaries in the page. Actual Results: Uncheck text boundaries in Writer also disappear from Draw. Expected Results: Unchecking text boundaries in Writer should not also remove them from Draw. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: Version: 24.8.4.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: bb3cfa12c7b1bf994ecc5649a80400d06cd71002 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10 X86_64 (10.0 build 19045); UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: es-ES (es_ES); UI: es-ES Calc: CL threaded

I think it would be nice if the configuration of the Writer page did not depend on that of Draw, as a feature it would be nice if in Draw there was an option to show/hide the text boundaries.
This is probably related to bug 163856 and bug 164185. I can confirm the behavior in Version: 24.8.4.2 (X86_64) Build ID: 480(Build:2) CPU threads: 12; OS: Linux 6.12; UI render: default; VCL: kf6 (cairo+wayland) Locale: pt-BR (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded The issue appears to have been fixed in 25.2 and 25.8. In 25.2 there was a change in how boundaries are managed. If you uncheck View - Boundaries in Writer, the boundaries will be visible in Draw. Please, try with the new 25.2 release. Works in Version: 25.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 862e86d187c53ab077b672997ca8d9623396b962 CPU threads: 12; OS: Linux 6.12; UI render: default; VCL: kf6 (cairo+wayland) Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded
I was testing version 25.2 and here there are no boundaries on the Draw page, regardless of whether or not I check the boundaries in Writer. I did the test starting from resetting the user folder so that nothing influences it. Step 1: When I start the application it shows me the default theme "Automatic", there are no boundaries in Draw. I proceed to activate them in Writer, activate them on the page but when I return to Draw they are not there. Step 2: I proceed to install Light Application Color to make the page blank, I check again the boundaries in Writer and see if they are in Draw, there are not.
