Created attachment 199129 [details] file example The android version that was acquired via google appstore is simply not working, it can't even load odt files, because, it takes forever to load and doesn't even show that is responding, for example: when trying to view (invalid).odt, it simply doesn't open the file, it gets stuck in the process and stays loading forever. And to add more on how weird is this bug, the app was fine not long ago, and as matter of fact, it was working yesterday, but for some unknown reason it stopped opening files, and I've desinstalled the app and reinstalled again, and it did nothing. I've attached the file from the example that doesn't open in the app, altough it opens in any other file viewer avaliable in the google appstore.

Thanks for your report. I cannot reproduce the issue. The file opens fine for me, both in a virtual Android device (AVD, Android 15.0, API 35) and on my Fairphone 3+ (LineageOS 21, based on Android 14), s. screenshot attachment 199274 [details]. What is your device and Android version? Can you please try whether uninstalling the app again and then installing version 24.8.5 helps once that version is available? (The plan is to publish it later this week and it's available for public testing now already, i.e. if you opt in to that in Play store.) Version: 24.8.4.2 Build ID: bb3cfa12c7b1

Created attachment 200351 [details] example csv that gives error I've found that opening a csv file (attached above) from the file manager causes Viewer to either load infinitely or show the error "Cannot open /data/user/0/org.documentfoundation.libreoffice/cache/LibreOffice4522741474093450206.csv: loadComponentFromURL returned an empty reference". However, opening Viewer, then opening the file from within Viewer's file picker will open it correctly. Also seems that after giving the above error, Viewer keeps getting stuck on loading.
