Through the color settings it is not possible to do this "it turns out broken colors"

Have you studied this: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/25.2#Application_Theming ?

Btw. Windows 7 and 8/8.1 are no longer supported in the next version, 25.8.

Win7 and Win8/8.1 are deprecated and support has been removed wef upcoming 25.8 release.

The new feature at 25.2 is the Appearance mode framework replacement for the legacy Application Colors and old bitmap/gradient Mozilla flavor Personalization schemes which have been removed.

YMMV on Win7, but now expected use the Tools -> Options -> Appearance panel and download/install an Appearance extension. You can customize and save to your own named theme that will reside in your LibreOffice user profile.
