Description:
I create a new titlepage from the first page of my 2-page-document.
After this i get 3 pages - 2 displayed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a 2-page-document.
2. Format 1st page as Titelblatt, from actual page, numbering after title 1
3. OK
4. Now there are 2 pages shown and 3 counted

Actual Results:
3 pages counted

Expected Results:
2 pages counted


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Could there be an offset for pages count like the offset for the date?

That's not a bug. Since you're in book-mode you have a titlepage and an "unvisible" blank backpage of the titlepage. "Folgeseite" is on the right. Bug 117231 has a broad discussion about that.
