Description:
The tooltip for moving parts of a list up or down is shown as STRG+ALT+UP/DOWN instead of SHIFT+ALT+UP/DOWN

Only validated for german version

Steps to Reproduce:
1. -> Format
2. -> Listen (lists)
3. look the small grey tooltip behind the text

Actual Results:
it's the wrong shortcut shown

Expected Results:
should be the right shortcut

Images of German keyboards [1] indicates a mix of SHIFT and STRG labels for the Shift key.

Up to the German translators/community to decide.

It seems that shortcuts are assigned to the same command by default
(tested on Windows).


Ctrl+Alt+Up or Shift+Alt+Up

and

Ctrl+Alt+Down or Shift+Alt+Down
