Description:
Image frame size is different between LibreOffice and Powerpoint

Steps to Reproduce:
1.load doc-test-logo-limited.pptx in Powerpoint and Libreoffice
2.Compare size

Actual Results:
Image is cropped differently. see 

Expected Results:
Should be the same size.


Reproducible: Always

not really, the image is not distorted in the same way, here size and rotation not respected.

The problem seems to occur if you insert a shape, add picture fill to it, and rotate it in PowerPoint.
If you add bitmap or texture fill to a shape in LO and rotate the shape, the bitmap stays upright, I haven't found a way to set it to rotate with the shape.

Confirmed using LO 25.8.0.0.alpha0+ (41ab24cecd6ad74312843f113d2faa13259cdb7d) and 3.3.0 / Windows.
