DOCX from LO

LO saved attached DOCX  with table index does not open in MSO.
Reproduce in 25.8+.
Regression in 4.3 from:

DOCX export: number drawingml objects from one

For some reason for drawingml shapes Word doesn't like the "0" identifier. Let's do the same trick that works for font identifiers already.

While Lo created DOCX cannot be opened in MSO, if it is resaved in latest 25.8+, it opens. So WFM.
