Please verify in Menu>Options>Customize>Keyboard, how [Ctrl+C] is assigned.
to reproduce the bug: choose a text then: click: Ctrl + C ctrl+c is assigned to copy in libreoffice in keyboard customization and this is the default option.
Please test in safe mode, Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode Please paste here the information on Menu/Help/About LibreOffice (There is an icon to copy)

So maybe some app or the system is capturing such shortcut.

but i dont have that NetBeans? i use linux and i tried in safe mode and the problem occurs.
Hey, if you don't understand something, it's enough to comment without changing the status and thus causing unnecessary noise. As mentioned in bug 159755 comment 2, KDE's clipboard manager was too greedy with clipboard formats, causing this issue for you.
