Created attachment 199602 [details] Zip-file with sample document and images from Word and LibreOffice I am using LibreOffice for converting docx-files to pdf. We have a document template which contains an image as watermark. But when opening the docx-file in LibreOffice, the the watermark is cropped at the top. And the same if the document is exported to pdf- I have attached a sample document and an image showing the page in Word and in LibreOffice Writer.
Tested with Version: 25.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: ddaea18557b1ec60d9e360f9eab539c8f551061f CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 6.8; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: cs-CZ (cs_CZ.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded and result is better comparing to your printscreen, but still not as in word on your second printscreen. Properties of this drawing object shows vertical position -3 cm from top. I can "fix" it by checking option "Keep inside text boundaries". I have not desktop Word, but in office365 online is watermark completely missing. Maybe you could add a printscreen from Word wit position and size setings of watermark picture.
Hello Thue Møller Jensen, Thank you for reporting the bug. I can confirm that the bug is present in master and that MS Word correctly displays the watermark. As the watermark can be moved to the correct position in LibreOffice, I am unsure which program displays it incorrectly. While a screenshot or a PDF of the rendering in MSO would be nice, let's set this to new.
