After you've loaded some data into the preview of the Data Provider dialog, it is not possible to scroll the preview table with the mouse wheel.

Steps to reproduce
1) Populate the data preview dialog with some data (for that, you can use the sample data and steps provided in bug 165502)
2) Hover over the data preview and try to scroll using the mouse wheel
3) Nothing happens

Expected result
It should be possible to scroll using the mouse wheel

Expanding the window vertically shows more data, but not the scroll bar. Also arrows do not work to move in the data.
