Description:
Hello,
When I use conditional formatting whit the following condition:
Cell value is equal = min(a1:a4)
Two cells are highlighted and if I insert on cell A5 the formula min(a1:a4) the highlight is ok on the range of conditional formatting

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select a range of cells
2.Opne conditional formatting
3.Choose option cell value is min(range)

Actual Results:
Two cells are highlighted

Expected Results:
Only one cell should be highlight


Reproducible: Always

It looks like a duplicate of bug 160252 which should be fixed in the next release.
