Description: choosing a cell background color changes the Font of that cell to white automatically. It appears to be only for the base color without a number. The automatic font color depends on the selected background (light, dark). Cell A1 in your sample file has the Font Color set to "Automatic" and the Background Color to "Yellow" from the Standard palette). In my LO the cell text "font" is displayed in black. It should never revert to white on a spreadsheet which always has a white background as default. If input characters in a cell, they are black, but then changing the background (yellow or any as mentioned) changes the font to white.
