Description:
In my Finder, I’ve changed all .csv files to open with LibreOffice.  If I click on the file, it imports into writer.  If I open the file from Calc directly converts it as text and opens it in Writer.  If I drag the file onto the LibreOffice Launcher, it opens in Writer.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.If I click on the file, it imports into writer.
2.If I open the file from Calc directly converts it as text and opens it in Writer. 
3. If I drag the file onto the LibreOffice Launcher, it opens in Writer.

Actual Results:
.csv file opens in writer

Expected Results:
.csv file should open in calc

I do not have a windows machine to test.  I installed in a second machine to see if I had the same issue and it repeats.
