Created attachment 199973 [details] notice timestamp still display the original timestamp from UTC-4 (09:05:42) Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set system timezone to America/New_York (UTC-4). 2. Open LibreOffice and create a new document in Writer. 3. Save the document in format you wish to test 4. Close LibreOffice. 5. Change the system timezone to Africa/Cairo (UTC+2). 6. Open the saved documents and check their timestamps in File > Properties > General tab. Observed Behavior: - Some formats (e.g., .odt, .docx, .rtf, .html) still display the original timestamp from UTC-4 instead of adjusting to UTC+2. - Some formats show 00:00:00 instead of the correct timestamps. - Templates (.ott) replace the original creation timestamp with the current system time. - Only Word 97-2003 (.doc) correctly converted 09:00 → 15:00 based on the timezone change. Expected Behavior: LibreOffice should store timestamps in UTC and adjust the displayed time based on the system’s current timezone.
