Please find the below information from about page:

Version: 25.2.1.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: d3abf4aee5fd705e4a92bba33a32f40bc4e56f49

Can you please confirm what it will do if we test in safe mode.
Just to add we are calling the path 'C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\program\soffice.exe' in our program for printing.

Maybe better test with a clean profile.
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile
to verify that none option is the cause of the issue.

We have installed LibreOffice on a server where the setup for printing program is situated. We have different accounts to login to the server. If I follow 'Manual procedure (all versions)' from the documentation you provided, Will it work if I use my account to login as there are several users in C:\Users location.

In this case which is the best option to try.
Running in safe mode or creating new user profile. Thank you.

In addition to my last comment, as I mentioned before issue is intermittent.
If we use run safe mode and close LibreOffice, will it stay in safe mode until we relaunch LibreOffice?
As this issue is intermittent, we may have to leave the software in safe mode more few days to identify it if fixes the issue.

Could you please advise which option is suitable for our case.

If instead continue with safe mode, choose to clean the profile, so the clean profile is preserved.

Apologies. I am bit confused.
As mentioned LibreOffice installed on a server and program to print document run through a windows service. The windows service is running 'log on as' Local system account.
whenever there is an document to print, the print program calls LibreOffice using the path 'C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\program\soffice.exe'.
Hence, if we need to use a clean profile how do we do that? If I login to server using my account and rename my user profile I don't think it will help, as the LibreOffice is not being called directly by my account.

Could you please elaborate? Additionally, are there any way to do a debug or resetting LibreOffice?

Thank you!

We have tested using the clean user profile and the issue seems fixed now.
Could you please confirm whether this issue due to version upgrade we had from v25.2.03 to v25.2.1.2 or is it a known issue with LibreOffice (all versions) which can be fixed by using a clean profile?

Thank you.

Issues with the profile are really difficult to find, sometimes happens when updating, but having thousands of settings, not an easy thing.

Thank you. Do you recommend reset user profile if issue reoccurs?
