The pptx presentation with corrupted objects

Objects in the center of the slide should have rounded corners. White regions should hide them at the top and bottom of the slide.
In the top right corner is a picture (green line) mirrored horizontally. 
The source of truth is MS PowerPoint 2019 (but older versions too)

Expected result: looks like in the original presentation (MS PowerPoint 2019)
