Description: In any LibreOffice app, if I click any menu in the Menu Bar, only the File menu opens at first. Once that is open, if I roll the mouse over other menus, they will open as expected. In Writer, if I click and type in the document, and then click a menu, the correct menu opens. Then, if I click an icon in a tool bar, like Copy, and then click a menu, the File menu opens. I observed this behavior in Writer, Calc, and the "launcher" (when you first open LibreOffice) I will attach a short screencast. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open LibreOffice 2. Click a Menu 3. Actual Results: Regardless of which menu I click, the File menu opens, unless the document pane has focus. Expected Results: Clicking a menu opens that menu. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: LibreOffice: Version: 24.8.4.2 (X86_64) Build ID: 480(Build:2) CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 6.13; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded System: Operating System: Fedora Linux 41 KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.12.0 Qt Version: 6.8.2 Kernel Version: 6.13.8-200.fc41.x86_64 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 8 × Intel® Core™ i5-8350U CPU @ 1.70GHz Memory: 15.5 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® UHD Graphics 620 Manufacturer: LENOVO Product Name: 20L6S07G00 System Version: ThinkPad T480

Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from <https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download-libreoffice/> ?
KDE fixed this already, not a LibreOffice bug. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 165279 ***
