Description:
Embedding an animated PNG in Impress appears to work, however after saving, closing, and reopening it only shows the first frame

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add an animated PNG to a slide in Impress
2. Save
3. Exit
4. Reopen

Actual Results:
The slide has a static image in it

Expected Results:
The slide should have an animated image in it


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
I have only tested this on my computer which has the Flatpak version of LibreOffice on Tuxedo Linux.  I expect that this bug is present on all platforms

I forgot to mention that the animated PNG appears to work properly until the file is closed
